The Minnesota Technology Association (MnTech) honored Daugherty with the Tech Talent Development (Corporate Initiative) award during their Tekne Award Gala at the Minneapolis Convention Center November 16 for their work in creating Access Point.

The Tekne award in this category recognizes innovative approaches or operating excellence in the hiring, development, and retention of tech talent.”

Daugherty was among four finalists highlighted for embracing “forward-thinking approaches and initiatives, serving as a role model for the industry, and setting new standards in talent acquisition, management and development.”
